Nationwide, owners are requiring construction waste recycling as a part of sustainable building and to cut costs in this tight economy. Those who know how to recycle will be at a market advantage. The WasteCap Construction and Demolition Recycling Training and Accreditation teaches the skills necessary to develop, manage, monitor, document and promote a successful recycling program for construction and demolition debris. It also provides training to obtain LEED points for construction waste management.
Learning Objectives:
• Develop reuse and recycling programs on construction or demolition sites.
• Prepare a construction waste management plan
• Document reuse and recycling results.
• Educate crews and monitor programs for best compliance and efficiency.
