Course Description
WasteCap Nebraska Finishing Technologies Certification Program (non-credit: Certification)
This 8-hour class utilizes a mobile training unit developed to instruct members of the surface coating industry using state-of-the-art virtual reality technology. This hands-on training is vital to assist spray paint technicians in improving their skills. Technicians will be trained on increasing transfer efficiencies, decreasing material usage, spray booth maintenance, safety procedures and environmental regulations. Participants completing this training will earn a five-year certification that can be used as an option to satisfy the Federal and State air quality regulations.
